Paperwork Reminder

Parents/Guardians...REMINDER: Please Complete, Sign, and Turn all forms in your packet to your teacher ASAP.  Please do this even if you have filled out info at your home school.  This paperwork ensures we have all the correct information for your student.  Any over-the-counter medication will NOT be administered to your student without proper info and/or signature(s) on the forms in the packet.  All forms are valid only for the school year in which the forms were signed, thus we need them each year.  Thank you for your assistance in this matter!

Sending a reminder to fill out all forms from the beginning of school! This includes the Free/Reduced Lunch Form, especially if you wish to be considered for Christmas Assistance this year. We will need all forms turned in ASAP for Christmas Assistance Consideration!
